End of Tenancy / Environmental - Post and Pre-cleans 

Please read our terms and conditions carefully prior to making a booking, as once a booking is received, an agreement ties you and Little Miss Perfect Ltd., to the terms set out below.  All jobs will be delivered to our standards of cleanliness, unless specified.

Pricing -  Quotes will be calculated on the basis of plus many rooms,  or by square meter.   Little Miss Perfect Ltd. reserves the right to amend a quotation, if upon a cleaning visit, find that the client's original specifications have changed.

Access -  It is the responsibility of the client to provide electricity and hot water at the property that is to be cleaned.  Little Miss Perfect Ltd cannot be held responsible for any work not completed, as a result for failing to provide these necessities.

It is the client's responsibility to provide access to the property at the appointed time.  Keys provided must unlock doors, gate and allow access into the property. If we are not able to gain access into the property, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and reschedule.

Little Miss Perfect Ltd. , always arrives at the appointed time to carry out a property clean.  However, situations can prevent us from arriving on time that are often beyond our control, in which case we will always contact our clients to notify of any such, and keep near to the appointed time.

It is not the responsibility of Little Miss Perfect Ltd., to deactivate any alarm/s that has triggered off during a cleaning visit. The client must provide Little Miss Perfect Ltd., with full instructions, prior to our cleaning visit, for activating and deactivating.

Payment - Bank transfer / Cheque payment

a) Bank transfer payments from private customers must clear before a cleaning visit.   Little Miss Perfect Ltd., will provide an invoice via email, contained within, payment instructions of how to make a payment.  If payment terms are not adhered to, Little Miss Perfect Ltd., reserves the right to withdraw from the booking.

b) Bank transfer payments from corporate companies or go-between/ intermediary must clear within 30 days on completion of work. Little Miss Perfect Ltd., will provide an invoice via email, contained within, payment instructions of how to make a payment.  If payment terms are not adhered to, Little Miss Perfect Ltd., reserves the right to withdraw from the booking.

Cheque Payments 

a) All cheques should be made payable to Little Miss Perfect Ltd.

b) Payments from private customers must clear before a cleaning visit.   Little Miss Perfect Ltd., will provide an invoice via email, contained within, payment instructions of how to make a payment.  If payment terms are not adhered to, Little Miss Perfect Ltd., reserves the right to withdraw from the booking.

c) Cheque payments from corporate companies or go-between/ intermediary must clear within 30 days on completion of work. Little Miss Perfect Ltd., will provide an invoice via email, contained within, payment instructions of how to make a payment.  If payment terms are not adhered to, Little Miss Perfect Ltd., reserves the right to withdraw from the booking.

Clients on a 30 day payment term, when Little Miss Perfect Ltd., has taken on the administrative task of handling the cleaning authorised by the client, and client agrees the payment terms to pay the amount due.  If the client does not pay the amount due, voluntarily or when prompted to, from our company, we reserve the right to seek legal action to pursue for the amount due, and publish the client as a non paying (bad debtor) customer in the national newspaper and social media.

Cancelling bookings - The client is able to cancel, and or reschedule the appointment by giving us 48 hour notice.  50% of the overall amount invoiced is recoverable, as a consequence for failing to provide notice.  Cancellations are accepted over the phone or via email.

For the health and safety of our operatives, Little Miss Perfect Ltd., reserves the right to withdraw from carrying out a clean, if the property is deemed unsafe.

Insurance - Little Miss Perfect Ltd., are insured against public liability.  Insurance claims are only covered by our company if the damage was reported withing 24 hours of our operatives carrying out a clean.  During which, any claims made, will be internally investigated.

Refunds - Little Miss Perfect Ltd., will refund on the basis of a claim made within 24 hours of the work carried out.   Little Miss Perfect Ltd., must be allowed back to the property to inspect and settle any areas in disagreement within 72 hours after a clean.   Little Miss Perfect., must be given the opportunity to re-clean any areas, before the client makes alternative arrangements with third parties.  Our company will try and resolve the matter in question to a reasonable standard.   For damaged item/s, Little Miss Perfect Ltd., will only indemnify if the client provides proof that the damage is a result of our cleaning activities, and that the item is beyond repair.   In which case we will refund to the sum of the current monetary value of the item.  We will refund only once full payment of the cleaning work carried out has been received.

Responsibility - Little Miss Perfect Ltd shall not be responsible for other parties or tradesman who are present at the client's property during our cleaning visit.  Our operatives cannot be relied on to give other parties or tradesman access into the property.  Little Miss Perfect Ltd., can not be responsible for cash, jewellery, or any items of sentimental or monetary value that are not stored away.
